Keep getting jams when using the 3-hole punch in the finisher. Pulled it out, cleaned & looks clear. Rod moves freely to punch but I did notice that each of the 3 punches are slightly ahead/behind of each other. Not sure if the screws on the rod that set the mechanism that lifts and lowers the punches are supposed to be offset from each other like that? Seems the last punch that lifts up is not quick enough and catching the paper on it's way out and actually tearing at the punched hole, then jamming the machine.

Lubricate punch tips and sleeves with light machine oil. This is what happens when they bind even slightly.
