    difference between DC250 and DC252

    Hello all,

I have option to leas with FSMA used 2 y.o. DC250
or new DC252. what do you think about the differencies between these two machines? I would rather go to older one because there is half price and low metter. But if there are some good improvements in newer DC252, i would consider it two.
Can you give me a advice please?

Some PWB`s have been changed, but 252 and 250 are same machines.

Same print quality and same parts.

New firmware for dc 252 and UI is changed a little

Yes the two machines are very similar, but there are some big differences.
The 252 is a MkII 250 - there are many small improvemments over the original 250.
There is also some differences in the software on the bustled RIPs.
If reliability is important, then go for the 252, but as you are going on a FSMA then this is not so much of a problem.
Generally the 252 is a bit better in every respect.

      Cheers.
