xerox 7435 power on problem

i have a problem with xerox 7435 color machine power on..
after powering on ... machine fans sounds on and top cover intializes , but UI screen is off and no any loading
i tried to clean ram and ps kit and the controller but no way... occasionally one time i tried to power on i found it worked good with any reasonable reason but one day and gone back to black ui.. any advice ??

start with current firmware.. you should do it via altboot

Try replacing memory RAM
