wc 7535 stuck in processing job...

Hi i have processing jobs on screen after a huge pdf, and yep no printing at all. copying is working.
its 7535 but as i search the internet is common for all 75xx series.

still did not found a solution.

can someone explain me the altboot options...

I wish to try to boot from usb without mess it up with the firmware on the machine is it possible?

Howto first backup all the settings from the machine?

Altboot from usb stick is used for reloading machine software.
Better is to reload same software version.

Is there a way the altboot to mess the nvm?
I am able to backup the nvm to HDD but can't get it on the usb.
This is why I am afraid to altboot.
Can I download nvm backup trough the network?
What else I need to backup from the machine?

Thanks ! altbooted and now printing again.
nvm backup worked on the back usb.
No mather i give the FORCED_UPGRADE the printer remembered the IP settings? Also no need for restoring nvm. Everithing just worked after a long around 50 min upgread.
