    Non Metered to metered

Anyone have string to change non metered to metered? Right now, only Xerox tech can do this with serial # and string from company.

Hello and hope all is well. Unfortunately there is no magical string as these are generated with serial number in the Xerox database. You can re chip toners to use as you wish. Or another option is to find a main board (MCU) that has the metered info in the EEPROM. Not sure where you are located but a company called Item Inc located in Woodbridge VA has main boards.

    HOPE THIS HELPS

He is correct. You have to call Xerox while on site and give current meters. I have had machines that are using the correct toner, but the machine flips after a toner change and has to be set back.

I can provide you with a replacement,, non-expiring, license string that will allow you to run any toner you want.

We are talking Xerox Free Flow Print Servers here,, either running the FreeFlow or DocuSP applications.
