Xerox 5755 Paper Jam solution

i have xerox wc 5755 when i was printing double side more than 2 papers it's struck in the middle of heat unit the paper was folded i was asking my useless local machine service man they say need to change paper quality ( i was using 70 gsm) then i changed to 80 Gsm but still that problem has then i realized that's not paper problem so i came here kindly help me to resolve that problem because i huge loss on every month for that problem

sounds to me that it is jamming in the fuser ... correct?

check registration clutch and clean corona and check exit sensor ok, problem solved
