Wc 275 fuser problem

Hi to everyone,

I have one problem,wc 275 asks for fuser replacement but when I install another fuser the message remains. I tryed original wc275 fuser on another machine and there it works. Is there any solution?

There is no code error,but once i got 03-355..
Sometimes i got message for Xerographic module replacement,and after replacement message stays.
And there is one more message, `Install Phase incomplete`

Could it be that the yellow battery is weak?

Yes you need to replace the yellow battery.
