Xerox Color 550 Fiery stuck at booting the kernel

I just got used Xerox Color 550 machine that comes with Fiery. But, unfortunately can't boot the fiery as it stuck at "booting to the kernel" screen.

I have read through the forums and found that I might have to reload the software to the Fiery. But, I do not have the CD.

Anyone familiar with theses Fiery, any suggestions on how to solve this problem? Thanks.

It could be the fiery system software or the hard drive you may want to reach out to a service technician for the service.
