I have a DC252 with the bustled Fiery and everything was going along fine when I got a 042-326 (Belt Home Position Too Long) error.
I removed the belt, cleaned the sensor and the patch (I've done this hundreds of times over the years) and all was well. No problem there.
After turning off the machine, restarting it and running Belt Edge Learn, the printer will print internal pages fine. (Ie, reports that are not through the Fiery.)
If I try to print anything from the Fiery which needs to 'process', the Fiery immediately disconnects and reboots.
If I try to print something in my Held queue which already has a raster, it prints fine. But if it doesn't have a raster already, and has to process, it crashes...
I'm not entirely sure how these could be connected, but they happened at the exact same time.
Do I need to reload system software? Unfortunately, I don't have the discs for the Fiery.
Thanks for any assistance!
