Xerox 560 service mode

    Xerox 560 service mode

    I have a Xerox 560 that I can't seem to get into the service mode.

    I get to the point where the log in button lights up and I can't get any farther...

    Any ideas?

    Error code 093-316 came up first.

    Trying to reset NVM.

    Cyan dispense fault.
    Describe step by step how do enter disgnostic mode.
    In some situation you can enter from user interface and need to use pws tool for accesing nvm's.

      Try this: power of an then power on, get into diagnostic by "0" and start button and the service code, because there is a system fault, there is a pink screen fault that hide the service mode screen
      click on login/out button , the UI will show a cyan screen with the service routines buttons. select what you need.

      set nvm 762-370 to 0 to clear the fault.
      Check if the cyan UR gears are broken and the cyan dispenser is Stuck. empty the cyan dispenser to fix the problem.
