    WORKCENTRE 7328 - SCANKIT re-enable - HOW TO

    Dear Sirs! Please help me to find a 12 character key to enable Scan option for subj. The original documentation pack is absent, and my device asks for the key after repairing (something went wrong in HDD, I'm not a guru ) Can anybody share one? Or is there any other way to get the scanner work in this model? (Originally the Scan opton was enabled)

      More than likely, you will have to try to contact xerox and see what they can do for you. Most of the time with these things, anytime anything like that is uninstalled, the only way to reinstall it is by using the code-key printed on inside front cover of software handbook. Sorry can't help much more.

              I hope you know what you're doing. A software key is allocated to one machine. Using a software key for more than one machine is not a good idea (you know- it's illegal!)

                  I am sorry,first I was thinking that you need just S KEY for activation network scaning,but now I see that you need S KEY for start the mashine.Only XEROX can help you,if you send them serial number. Few months ago we had the same problem with new copier WC 5230 because a S KEY allocated on front door was incorrect.We tried many things,than xerox sent to us a correct S KEY. I hope it will help. PS: Net.Scan SKEY you can get it if you want.
