    Xerox 7665 - Problem after battery replacement

    Hello and hope all is well
    I have a machine that was off for a long time, and the NVM battery discharged. I changed the battery and when I turned the machine on, some features were gone. See the photo,


    Can someone help me? I was told that I have to enter the WCPP DIAGNOSTIC software, but I do not have this software.


    Could someone tell me if this is what I need?

    When it boot / start. Did it show error 124-315?

    If it shows that error, Did you choose sys1 and re enter the serial number?

    Sometimes the software license key / request code is pasted on the panel opposite side of the ess pwb. Have you checked it?

        If you're missing features, such Network scanning, you must enable it with sim card.
        Check tray 1 or tray 2 hidden compartment for sim card.

          Hello,
          there are no errors during initialization, only some features do not appear on the screen. See the photo. And I need to get into DC 105 to be able those features that were lost, but I do not have the Xerox Diagnostic Navigator software to connect to the PWS
