Xerox Workcentre M24 tray open/0% fill error
Hi, got a customer with a Xerox M24. The paper light is lit, if you go to trays it shows
Tray 1 open .... fill 0%
Tray 2 open .... fill 0%
Tray 3 open .... fill 0%
Tray 4 open .... fill 0%
Doesn't even acknowledge paper in the flip out manual tray
copy function is disabled, only scanning is available.
I checked every connector I could find, reseated them, inspected everything visually. customer said 'once in a while' when they turn it on in the morning, it will work for a few pages, then go to this again. I'm 'guessing' maybe a thermal electronic failure? Any thoughts?
