replace magenta toner message on xerox wc 7855

Hello friends
I have a xerox machine workcentre 7855. It shows replace magenta toner message on the screen yet toner is there i the toner container.

I thought it could a defective chip, replaced another toner but it didnt work out.
I serviced the the toner despense unit for any brokage, all was clear.
To make matters worse some times it reads when you touch on the toner despenser. I don't know where the problem is exactly , i need some help.

I think that you have problem with dispenser toner assembly magenta, the toner not arrives in the develepporer module

Verify it's actually Xerox toner! Not Compatable!

I had a similar problem, turned out to be a counterfit Xerox toner tube.
