Good evening, I changed the rom controller on my docucolor 240 and I noticed that in machine ID / Billing the exact values are only on the sys1. The IOT has the serial number, the product number and billing data different from the sys1, while the sys 2 does not have any number. I tried using UI but when I enter the sys 1 me error value. I have the pws how can I restore everything? thank you

have you tried putting the old board back in and following the RAP properly?

the old Roma did not load the firmweare well and the printer stopped at the first stepp. How can I solve the problem? since it does not give me the copy icon on at power up

sounds like you have a memory or HDD issue.
