Copy and Printing Unavailable

During printing, paper jammed in a normal and usual way. when i clear the jam, an error occurred "COPY AND PRINTING UNAVAILABLE". I restart the machine for so many times, but each time same error appear on the screen when the machine got ready.

Additional Information

Each time when i restart the machine it take long time on the green screen with model and righter after it disappear the error occurred.

Please Help my urgen

You need to reload machine software.
Before that check if the hdd from machine is ok

You have a problems in the software tray to reload softwre by altboot method if this solution don't fix the problem check the voltage of the yellow battery you must find 2.8V il less change the battery and reload software

what about NVM Battary

Nvm battery is a battry that you find it in the controller pwb in the rear below the scanner
