    workcenter 5632

Machine shows writes to wait fusing to warm but it doesn,t warm and error in fusing unit appears.
I suspect problem at power supply ( Also at the same period a kyocera machine at the same electric line had problem at power supply). Can it be something else?
Fusinh\g unit is ok because i swapted an other warking fusing unit and had the same problem.
And if problem is at the power supply
Can anybody tell me how to remove power supply. I removed back cover, waste toner , high voltage board.
It lools that it removes all with main board but somewhere stucks.
I am a ricoh tech so not familiar with Xerox

    Hi
The control of fuser is in the low voltage unit.
if fuser is good so change the low voltage unit.

it can caused by two problems first you must check the connector of fuser module if he docking corectely or you change LVPS( low voltage power supply) to remove il you should remove the rear cover after remove all connector of HVPS, lvps and main pwb after there is a screw in middle between main pwb and hvps you should also remove wast toner bottle and wast toner support bottle

if you don't have a manual for it, I would suggest either getting one or dropping that machine like a hot potato ... there are steps in the manual YOU MUST follow to avoid other problems.
