Xerox B8000 Series Ticking noise w/ video

Just setting up a B8045 and there is a loud distinct ticking sound somewhere in the main, exit or fuser drive. Unboxed another (B8055) machine and it's doing the same thing. I am new to xerox and I hope there is a field fix for this. Has anybody experienced it?
