Xerox DC12 print blank pages

I have Xerox DC12 with Fiery XP12.

When I print via fiery, printer print only blank page (nothing on page is printed), but when I print test pattern page from diagnostic tools everything is OK.

Any ideas where is problem? Thanks

Did you check with other cabel or change the driver?

Hi. You might need to reload the Fiery XP12 system software; assuming that you have already checked and confirmed that cable connections and hardware conditions are alright.
