[Error Code] C75 Press 042-339 and 041-346

[CCC Repair]

I received a call from customer on an error code 042-339. That code came up but then from that point on the only code coming up is 041-346. According to the service manual it says to replace the IOT and MSU board for the 042-339. That is the only instructions the manual offers. No part number is associated with those boards.Does anyone know if I can order those third party? Thanks for your help

Check exit fan and fuse F3 on iot driver PWB.

You have a problem in exit fan you can test it in diagnostic mode with code 42 036 If the fan dont turned on you must change it if this dont resolve the problem you chage the IOT PWB

The manual doesn't help very much and tell me the location of that board. Do you know where the iot board is located?
