Dear colleagues. I have this workcentre 7132 that only prints me and photocopy in black and white. All the consumables are within their percentage of life, I can not find the problem because it does not show me any error. I do not know what more tests to do since the IBT was changed to a new one recently, according to me if this was the problem then it would print in white, but the copy comes out in black and white without problems. If someone could give me a tip, I would be very grateful.

Did the printer print in "Color" BEFORE you changed the IBT?
If it did and the new IBT only prints in Black & White.
The center drive dog in the back of the IBT belt assembly popped off. There is a spring that goes under the drive dog. Find spring and put it back under the dog, without it, it does not make proper contact and does not turn when needed. When cheated you can see image on ibt belt, but the cleaner is cleaning it off, if spring cannot be found, ibt must be replaced as the spring is not spared.
Please also check the web interface and make sure output color was not set to Black & White only.
