xerox 700 jams before the fuser

good day, having a problem with my 700 continuously jamming right at the fuser, running 220gsm from tray 3 (my tray 5 is acting up) and weirdly it would have no image on the sheet. would print about 5-10 pages fine, then it jams and is blank.

what is the error code?

what have you done to it so far?

is the page started into the fuser or not?

went to tray 5, seem to work fine, tray 3 seems to jam, i'll just use tray 5 for my 220gsm stock.
