    Xerox 7855 Fuser error

    good afternoon
I'm having a problem with a fuser of a Xerox WC7855, this is giving the error 310-375 and 310-376.

310-375 Heat Belt STS Center Warm Up Time Fault
310-376 Heat Belt STS Rear Warm Up Time Fault

I already changed the sensors but it remains the same.

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you

    Is this a 220v plugged into 110v?

Good morning. This error that you have referred to of 310-375 does require that that the NVM 744-001 be set to 0 before you do anything as you will change parts and get same result. May have also gotten a 310-361 voltage error as well.

      Hope this helps.

Ok the CRUM errors and the fuser issue look like the machine maybe in the wrong part of the world with the supplies you are putting in. Question are you in a place that uses 220v for electric? If so you may have incorrect fuser and toners inside the machine. The CRUM is located in rear of toner cavity. Look at toner cart rear and see chip, visually match it up to where the CRUM reader is. There should be 4 brass metal contacts sticking up. If any are bent it will give you CRUM error. Look in 1st paper tray to front right and a little compartment should be there. Open and scan the config page to me in PM, I can tell from data where this machine belongs in world and what supplies to use.

          I hope this helps.

When I clear the errors with 744 1... At some point it's able to print Some copies. I have ram about 2k copies on it by doing the same error clearing and initiatizing the machine several times

so you are saying that the machine is 220V... but the fuser version is 110V ?

if so, change the fuser to 220 V version
