what happens when you ping the unit from a workstation?
When I ping mfp it "does not' reboot. Error Log consists of jams and low toner errors, and no error codes that can cause reboot. MFP reboots when try to print via network port. Tried another IP and driver, problem still exists.
initially check for the voltage and leakage current , there might be earthing problem from the lan cable , try changing the lan cable and check for symptoms . also check the lan port on the machine for both the led's are blinking or static .if the led on the printers lan port are steady and not blinking then remove the printer board and check the network IC for any damage or disturbance . surely there is some damage to the board.

You need to go to Diag Mode. Find clearing memory. After the reboot, the device will turn on with the choice of language and country. The problem will go away.
