Xerox B8045 not copying 2 to 2, no fault codes. It would print configuration report.

Good Morning,

I need some assistance I have been working on a xerox B8045 that does not print 2 to 2. it gives no error, it just does not print 2 to 2. The other duplex features work fine, configuration report prints find. I update firmware to 100.008.107.34110 which is the latest I could find, but the upgrade did not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

First let's get our facts straight.

You say "copying" in duplex (2x2) is not working in your title, but in your question you say "printing" is not duplexing.

Then you say other duplex functions are working? (What Duplex options are working?)

If the machine is Duplexing in copy mode but not in print mode. I stongly suggest you check your driver and look for
the "print on both sides" checkbox. (I believe it's in the finishing section).

The driver will overwrite machine defaults. So if the box is not checked on the driver it will print single sided.
