xerox document center C45

I have a problem with xerox document center C45. If I make multi-copies using the ADF the copy print is totally black although the image is visible.Its Intermittent, because sometimes I can get good copies.If I make copies on the flatten there is no problem,all copies are good. Please help...

Just replace the lamp and u r good to go.

Hi. Just work around these components: lamp, ballast, wire connector and IIT/IPS pwb. Some, most or ALL of them are faulty. Thanks
