I have a customer that won't let us install FMaudit. Im relatively new to Xerox, I've been Ricoh for 11 years and it had @remote. I've only been working on Xerox for about 8 months since this dealer just became a Xerox dealer. Does Xerox have anything similar for dealers or a way to email the counters from the machine automatically without software on the customers network. They claimed they were hacked through software similar to FMaudit. The machine is an Altalink C8030.

Email alerts are done through the alert notification section. You can set alerts, as well as the ability to send periodic reports on meter readings.
