Resetting CentreWare Internet Services password to defaults on Xerox Color C75 Press

    Hi,

I need to reset the username and password for the web interface or
CentreWare Internet Services on a Xerox Color C75 Press. I appreciate any help, as I haven't been able to find this information.

    Thank you,

    Bob

It can be reset from CE mode.

Press and hold 0 & start for 6 sec> 6789> machine status> tools> after that you will need to look around for "Reset Admin Pass"

OK, I have that info, but thought this was for the machine from the control panel and not the web interface. I can log into the machine, but not from a web browser. Is this correct then? Thanks, Bob

            Interfacep told you correctly.

Do all he said from the control panel, and you will be fine.

(Forget the web interface until you have reset the Admin password from the control panel)

Thank you, Maybe that's why I couldn't find the info, since I would have to reset the Control Panel logon credentials first. Bob
