EX Fiery with a Xerox Color C75 doesn't allow printing to trays 6 and 7

Hello,

We are having an issue with a EX Fiery on a C75, printing to trays 6 or 7. The trays are not shown in Command Workstation, even though the Optional Trays are shown in options, so not able to print to them. I've seen this before, but can't remember how it was fixed. Any help is appreciated!

can you copy from them? if so its more likely software on the c75 hcf mismatch, ive had his before on a j75 with a c75 hcf, can copy, but fiery doesnt see it!

How do I upgrade the software? The C75 has the newest and I couldn't find any SPAR Firmware. I reinstalled it, but no difference. Thanks!
