[Electrical] WC 7545 continuous rebooting.

One 7545 goes on continuous rebooting. Tried to reload firmware but it does not start loading firmware as rebooting in 1-2 minutes.
I am using 16 GB pen drive with firmware version "06112122703404". Size of DLM is 323462 Kb and tried with folder name Altboot as well as Upgrade.
Am I using correct version? Or is there is any hardware problem.

Please suggest before I start replacing various parts.

Inside the Altboot folder,create a file named FORCED_UPGRADE.
