xerox workcentre 7556 copy function locked.h

Hello friends
i have a xerox wc 7556 machine, it only prints and scans but it does not photocopy. Its copy function is locked and i can not log in as administrator both on the machine and the centreware through browsing it.
I can not change any thing including network settings since i can not log in. When i press copy, a key is shown on the screen as watermaker
i need some help please.

You can rey doing a Altboot.That will reset the admin password to default and it will wipe out the network settings.

If you mean loading software using altboot, i did that and nothing changed.

What machine software ?
Did you tried to copy only black&white ?
Exist procedure for rest to default admin account& password - need machine serial number & total meter, however this option may was blocked by system administrator person.
Also machine can have accounting option. For that you use forced altboot procedure.
