    Scan to PC, image problem

    Dear all,<br>Today i face this funny problem on Fuji Xerox AP-III 4000. On the scan to PC , when the scan in color is selected, the background of scanned copy on the PC is become purple but when black &amp; white is selected the background is no problem. What else could effect the scan&nbsp; since i have tried replaced the CCD unit and the IIT/IPS PWB but the issue was not solve.     Out of curiosity, have you tried scanning to a DIFFERENT computer to see if the background is still there? it MIGHT be a background setting in Adobe on the one computer.

      It is the same for all 8 units of computer ( Window 7, Window 8 & Window 10 ).
