This is so annoying....
Customer's unit said 'Transfer Roller needs replaced', power off, if error persists call for service.
Her belt cleaner was at zero too.
Replaced both.
OK, now supposed to power on, hit 'access' type in 1111, get to menu and reset counts.
BUT, after you type in 1111, it just barely shows that menu, then instantly goes back to the power off, power on, call for service thing. And nothing to press to get that message off screen to get into the menu to reset.
Any ideas???
