I need to perform "Factory" restore or "Last Image" restore of the CX250 operating system and Spire software.
It is described in section 2.2.2 "Restoring the Spire CX250 Color Server" in the CX250 Technical service manual PDF on the CX250 Documentation & Training CD

on creo You have clouse to pover bouton RCVR button (like reseat on PC ) clouse to green LED lamps for booting creo
Push that button an turn on, Xou need to get booting creo and to have orange light on button RCVR if You can pu on the monitor on creo and You will see ghoost image, after You see A:\ turn the power off, then push the RCVR button again and pover on to lose orange light an that is
good lock
