i have problem xerox c7780 077-909, jam on regi transport if i make colour print, if Monochrome it is fine.,...please help

If it's similar to other colour Xerox machines, make sure the little metal lever on the IBT assembly isn't in the service position. (The lever that lets you remove the transfer belt)
