Hello! We have Xerox Nuvera 100 EA.The following errors began to appear: PEM-10-3135 - print enige fault and C03-308 - fatal error.Maybe someone can tell me what this might be and how to fix it?

Re: Error codes Xerox Nuvera 100 EA
Check the harness. If it is an older version that does NOT have significant metal braid shielding, continue with this procedure.
On systems with Non-Contact Thermistors, identified with eTAG's P162 and P165 crosstalk between the fuser motor signals and the temperature sensor signal may occur. If crosstalk is present, the temperature readings are inaccurate and may vary between 5 and 15 degrees. Depending on which sensor line is affected by crosstalk, the following faults may be associated with this problem.
PEM-10-3105 FUSER OVERTEMP / Overtemperature / Over
PEM-10-3110 FUSER UNDERTEMP / Undertemperature / Under
PEM-10-3111 LOW TEMP FAULT
PEM-10-3112 FAILED TO REACH NEW SETPOINT WARMING
PEM-10-3113 FAILED TO REACH NEW SETPOING COOLING
PEM-10-3115 OPEN THERMISTOR, OUTSIDE PAPER PATH
PEM-10-3120 SHORTED THERMISTOR, INSIDE PAPER PATH
PEM-10-3125 OPEN THERMISTOR, INSIDE PAPER PATH
PEM-10-3130 SHORTED THERMISTOR, INSIDE PAPER PATH.
PEM-10-3135 Fuser Unrealistic Temperature Change Fault
There also may be Fuser Roll melt down.
Fuser motor signal and power lines run parallel in the same harness bundle with the low power Non-Contact Thermistor Sensor signals. This occurs on the IOT harness 962K48790 or older. This harness is located in the back of the print engine and connects the Fuser Temperature Controller board at connector J8 to the fuser drawer connector J67
Solution :
1 :
IMPORTANT! -->IOT HARNESS 962K48791 and up have a metal braid on several of the wires. This harness is an improvement and will NOT need to be modifed as shown below. STOP! if the harness has metal braid shielding.
As crosstalk could occur on any of the signal, all the sensor lines should be separated from the rest of the harness bundle. To do this:
Cut tie wraps of harness bundle connected at P48 up to the first elbow. Usually three tie wraps plus the part number tag

2 : Separate the white wires connected to P48-1,2,3,4, 26, and 27 and tie them back separately from the rest of the wires from P48 as shown in the pictures using bowties (if available) or standard tie-wraps. This essentially creates two separate bundles decoupling the NCT sensor wires from the rest of the motor wires.

Note !!!
The thermistor sensor signal wire are white.
The motor signal/power wires are yellow.
Best results are achieved with an air gap between the bundles
3 : Re-label the harness (attach the original p/n tag that was cut out).
