Xerox J75 error 47-320

Aside from the finisher board, what else could be responsible for 47-320 on J75?

Its related to the Interface Module, and typically because it's not plugged in... Do you have one connected between the IOT and Finisher?

Looking at your other post you most likely have the wrong finisher connected.

Thanks InterfaceP, i have an interface module well connected and correctly powered. The whole unit was actually working, the issue just developed recently.

Was fully operational until this started, so its sure the right finisher, thanks.

Its the LP (light production) finisher.
