Xerox WorkCentre 245 upload firmware

Hi friends. I have a problem with updating a xerox WorkCentre 245. I have performed System software upgrade from 12.27.24.000 to 12.60.22.000.
As soon as the update is finished, this screen appears and I can not view the keyboard. How can I solve? Thank you

For upgrade dc255 to 12.60.22.xxx software requires that machine have installed 12.60.17.000 software.

And if I installed 14.50.03.000 version?

14.xxx is for workcentre pro + ps
13.xxx is for workcentre pro
12.xxx is for workcentre

OK, perfect! Why in these machines there is no possibility to print in a4 sef? I have 2 other machines but of the 5645 series and there it works the print in a4 lef.

As I know wc245 have no any issue with printing on A4SEF.

it does not work with a4 LEF! it shows: "load support". regarding the software update, I put the
14.60.22.000 version and everything works

Hello friends. I have a problem with the xerox 245. I was given this machine as a gift but the controller does not work. i reloaded the software via altboot and now everything is ok. the machine has released the summary sheet, the one that comes out when the reload procedure is successful. but there is a problem. when I send prints, the file name appears in the waiting queue but the print does not come out. the message "held due to resources" appears, as when there is no paper in the drawer. and after a few seconds it is deleted from the list. what can it be? i think i have loaded the right software. I trusted the code on the hard drive, which would be this: 12.27.024. could the wrong software be loaded? how do i figure out which software is suitable for that machine? thank you very much
