Hi there, can anyone out there supply me with a part number for the ribbon cable that connects to the ops panel.

There is no part number for this cable the diagram showing it is on page 637 of the manual. These cables and others come included with a parts kit or service kit for this model. In the the past I was able to use a similar 6 pin cable from another phaser or even this model even though the cable length was longer.

There is no part number for that service kit , you order a Harness service kit for that particular model. Most service kits do not have part numbers while others do.

The packing list shows this number for the kit but check on it just in case:
