Xerox Color C60 face up/face down

Hi, friends. I've got a problem with my Xerox Color C60 with Integrated Color Server. It prints everything i send in face up mode. But i want to select face down mode, because when i printing heavyweight stocks it sometimes jam in inverter. I looked everywhere. In CWIS, in printer driver, I try to find it on UI, but no result. Maybe somebody will help me with my problem. Thank's everybody. My regards.

Haha, how funny. I had this on Friday and stumped me for a while.

I then worked out that it does it automatically based on paper weight settings. Simply select a higher GSM for the paper and above a certain setting it won't flip it and get stuck in the inverter.

I am not sure to understand the problem. Why you want to select face down in heavyweight stock. If you do this the print goes to the inverter and for sure you will have a jam.

You don't. I certainly couldn't find it anywhere and it's not in the manual. It just auto does it based on GSM. Just select a high GSM regardless, and it will do it

Totally agree with Mr. Jhalfhide. just be sure to select more than 250gsm for heavyweight stock.

It's in CWS under properties. I don't have a server in front of me to tell you what tab, but I know its there.

Recently had a customer with a 560 that had the same issue.

Recently had a customer with a 560 that had the same issue.

In the CWS you enter the properties of the document and in the "Termination" section you will find the option
"face up or face down" this option will only configure that work, if you want all the works to be printed "face up"
you will have to configure the queue and leave this option by default
