    [Jamming] Xerox C60/C70 Printed Color error

    Hi there.
    I have a issue with a Xerox Color C60/C70. Every time a want to print something in magenta, the printer replies me with this
    My client wants a project very soon, and I need to figure it out very fast...
    I attach a photo below, it's the best way you guys will see the problem.
    Have anybody have this problem before? If yes, what should I do?

    low level of magenta developer material in magenta developer housing.. remove the top cover of developer housing . If you can see much of the auger, then the level of developer material is too low. If this fault apeared suddenly, then it could be a developer housing Bias Power supply failed.

        Hi.
        You can indicate the impressions counter that the machine has and if a supply was changed before the equipment failed.
        Just the fault is the lack of developer magenta but it is very rare that this wear is generated normally.
        If you can not find the cause that caused the problem, the failure will probably be repeated.

          PS: sorry for my bad english.

          Very common that someone left the black cover on the drum unit when replacing drum, will pull DV immediately

            ive just had the same problem with cyan. Emptied dev powder out. vac.d up the rest. put new dev in ... works fine. on the service mode hfsi counter it only shows a counter of the whole dev unit which is 1.5 million. id say the dev goes 300 to 500 k but xerox havent given a life of it to me. what i am finding is the dev is poor on these mavhines and falls off a cliff well to early had it go at 134k and 280k separate colours
