Xerox dc 550 no powering up

I have a xerox dc 550 which is not powering on.
i checked/replaced following item.
power supply assembly, MCU board, ESS board.. all three are cross checked in another working machines. please help if anyone has faced this problem earlier

there is some sound, image in the UI, some led or flashing led. remove the back cover and see if there is any led on the MCU, ESS PWB

Go to Other Faults and follow the OF 1.1 Power On Rap

There is no operating sound from machine or i can so no blinking led in any of ess or mcu board. Machine is dead and silent.

you may have to try 3 times to remove the ESS assy on the side with the power switch with the plug plugged in and turn it on again.
