wc7535 after reset asks for some pin code...

Hi , the machine : second hand wc7535 was in non customer mode.
after 616 setting to 2 - now ask for some activation pin code.
What is this activation ? Never asked for this before... What may be the problem and please suggest any solution.

    so sounds like supply code...

you might have to call Xerrocks and get a new code depending on what supplies you're going to use.

      616 -014 write 4 and check again
What is the voltage of yellow battery on SW modul?
if the voltage is below 2.8V replace it and do altboot

Thanks for the answers to both of you.

Uploading some pics of the errors and code screens

and these was the errors before the reset
nothing like toners is changed - the machine was working.

I have power grid problems lately... so for the next few days will not try to reset it again with the "4" . its possible to totally brick it.
I am afraid to go for hardware checks. to check battery sound scaring - if i lost the nvm values... first must backup everything somehow.
may be the cyan toner error brings the machine into non customer mode constantly?

Finally calling xerox is not an option for me - last time I called they asked for half I've payed for this second hand machine, and it was just for the travel expenses... to enter my door.

Check meter readings. If zero or near zero NVM battery is dead and needs replacement. Common problem on these.

If youre using metered consumables youll need supply plan pin from xerox or start buying proper "sold" consumables.

The machine is back in its normal state after another 616 with 4.
the counters are reseted and shows 6 black and 0 color copies. so maybe the battery is failing... will continue to monitor for new resets and non customer modes.
            Thanks to all replayed.

Yes,, That is the Big X. They have never changed.
Had they supported the independents from Day One,, they would own the copier world right now instead of selling toll booth services to New Jersey. I was one of the first independents out, way back in 1979. One of the first independent DocuTech techs in So Cal,, if not the first.
Dealing with Xerox,, getting parts,, a daily struggle that transcended servicing the machines .

They controlled the environment by limiting software access,, limiting license access, limiting parts.
After being sued and forced to sell parts,, they would still make the independents wait three days for an emergency order.

Without independents helping independents,, like on CopyTechNet, Xerox would be a very tough nut to crack.

I'm mostly retired now,, but I still try to help my fellow techs.
I remember how it was. Some days,,, hard,, telling the customer,, "I'm working on it."
