Xerox 6204 wide format???

    Xerox 6204 wide format???

    Do they still make parts for these devices? I am getting lines and smearing on my prints. I believe it's due to the drum that you pour toner into. Does anyone near Eastern North Carolina service these devices?

      last time I tried to get parts for this model they weren't available.

          I thought that would be the case. I talked to this gentleman for about 20 min yesterday. I am hoping his boss will let him upgrade to an HP Designjet. I have never worked on one of those Xerox's, and didn't want to take his money and he still be broke. I told him that he should post here and a freelance tech might respond. I actually thought of you Phil and was going to pm you to read his post, but I see you are already on it.
