    Xerox Docucolor 12 error 9-356

    Hi

    I have a Xerox DC 12 with 9-356 error

    I could use some help or service manual for this model

    Go into CE mode and change NVM values as follows: 776-060 to 063=0 and 776-371 to 374=0. It should fix the problem.

      First of all , greetings for all, i am new to this forum!
      i have the same problem, that 9-356 code!!
      is that about the black toner?
      my dc was printing and suddenly stopped, sayng system error, code 9-356!!

      i had entered with the 0 key+ start, but something has changed, because the calibration colors are all messed up

        The problem relates to the Cyan toner. You will need a tech to check the condition of the cyan toner dispenser motor and the cyan developer tank- and replace if needed. Maxsetup and autograd are essential if calibration is out and after developers are changed
