I need a little help please. My bosses wife has a Xerox Phaser 860 with a code. I do not have any manuals as this is only the 4th xerox printer I have ever worked on . The machine goes right to the code which is .09.038.46:5646. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

The Phaser 860 uses the same service manual as the Phaser 8200.
I have the service manual but am not finding the code you listed.
The manual I have has around 280 pages.
Don't know if my e-mail will be able to send you this manual but I can try if you'de like.

Hello is it possible for you to send me a copy of the service manual aswell im having some issues a my present location im a site manager for ricoh and we just took over 8 buildings for johnson & johnson and all we have are xerox phasers 860,8200,8400,8550,8560,7700,6200 and so on.Comment
