xerox dc12 ERROR CODE 10-355/356

i get error 10-355 & 10-356 on my dc 12. i have changed the fuser motor(retract), thermistor. still the same problem.

There must have been something you've missed. Check again and make sure its the external ht-roll retract motor that you've changed. Also check if the sensor is in place.

i have rechecked the motor & thermistor on other machine. On other machine its working fine.

Few days back iot board had trouble, which i rectified, is the error possible with iot board.

I think motor is not receiving 24v supply.
