WC 7220 does not boout up

Hi

I have here WC 7220 which does not boot fully. SBC display shows letter u error. One time machine boot up but freeze after using touch screen.
What can be the solution for u error and what does u mean? Unfortunately I do not have manual for the machine.
I tried reload software but alt boot does not even start.

Can you help please?

Replace HDD and perform Altboot

Also check the SBC fan, freezing can mean the fan has stopped and the chip is overheating.
