Scan to email Xerox Workcentre pro 123

    Hey all,

Appreciate any help, I have been struggling with this for a week now, I am trying to configure scan to email on a Xeroc Workcentre pro 123, when I hit the scan the printer goes "sending" for 20 seconds, then gives me error code 016-761.

I am trying to configure a gmail account , I tried playing with the parameters a lot, changing here and there, there seem to be something missing

Did you set the gmail account to accept less secure apps?

What ports did you use for gmail?

    More info please.

clearly didn't do a google search!

besides you gave us NO info OTHER than the error code..

no tried settings for the gmail setup...

no info on server settings nor EXACTLY how the WCP123 is setup.

You must have better eyes than me cause I can't read any of the settings from the pictures you posted.

Please find a better (and clearer) way to post settings.

Yes I did set the gmail to accept less secure apps.

and I tried these ports, as on gmail guide

                      Less secure app access

Your account is vulnerable because you allow apps and devices that use less secure sign-in technology to access your account

                      On

                      Turn off access (recommended)

it does not show tls nor ssl anywhere on the printer setting, it shows on APOP authentication only, so I am guessing it has no SSL nor TLS,

Any email service provider that can accommodate that, other than gmail ?
