We've replaced the blown F3 fuse and replaced the PRE_REGI_MOT thinking that was the
cause but the f3 fuse blew up again. We don't know what to do now. The last option is to replace the MCU PWB board but before
we do that, we want to find out if anyone with similar issue managed to fix the problem and how they did it.

I am sure you lost your +24volt on LVPS...check the supply come from with AVO meter and fix it. iam fammiliar with this model.
